Specialty Barista – Muharraq, Bahrain

We are hiring an experienced Specialty Barista with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in coffee preparation and specialty drinks. The ideal candidate is creative, passionate about coffee, and skilled in various brewing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare specialty coffee using methods such as V60, manual brewing, and cold brewing.
• Calibrate grinders and brewing equipment for optimal coffee extraction.
• Perform sensory tasting and coffee quality evaluation.
• Create coffee drinks, including lattes, cold coffees, and specialty beverages.
• Execute latte art and maintain presentation standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
• Provide excellent customer service and share knowledge about coffee.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a specialty barista.
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, grinding, brewing methods, and tasting.
• Skilled in manual brewing, V60, cold brewing, and Cascara preparation.
• Ability to create visually appealing drinks and latte art.
• Passionate, reliable, and detail-oriented.
