Civil Site Supervisor – Manama, Bahrain

We are hiring an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee and manage daily activities on our building projects in Bahrain. The right candidate must have strong GCC experience in structural works, finishing, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, site teams, and engineers.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate site documentation.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower as per project needs.
• Attend site meetings and update management on work status and issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Civil Site Supervisor in the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Valid driving license.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in site documentation and reporting.
