Project Manager – Stone, Marble, Bricks & Tiles (Bahrain)

A well-reputed company in Manama, Bahrain is hiring an experienced Project Manager with expertise in stone, marble, brickwork, and flooring tiles. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, lead manpower, and ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise masons, laborers, and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work aligns with project schedules.
• Take accurate site measurements and prepare progress reports.
• Prepare quotations, BOQs, and cost estimates for clients.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers on project requirements.
• Prepare shop drawings and work on AutoCAD for project documentation.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
• Report progress and highlight issues to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in stone, marble, brickwork, and tile installation projects.
• Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of shop drawings.
• Knowledge of material quantities, costing, and estimation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
