Hiring: Pastry Chef – Immediate Joining in Bahrain

We are looking for an experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing and decorating pastries, cakes, and desserts while maintaining the highest standards of taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Baking & Preparation

  • Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods.
  • Decorate and present items with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistent quality.

Menu Development

  • Assist in creating new dessert and pastry recipes.
  • Work with the culinary team to develop seasonal and specialty menus.

Inventory & Supplies

  • Manage inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders when needed.
  • Reduce waste by using ingredients efficiently.

Quality Control

  • Ensure all baked goods meet company standards for quality and taste.
  • Maintain consistency in presentation and portion sizes.

Administrative Duties

  • Record recipes, production schedules, and costs.
  • Plan production to meet customer demand and orders.

Job Requirements

  • Must be currently based in Bahrain.
  • Proven experience as a pastry chef or baker.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and decoration methods.
  • Creativity in developing new recipes and menu ideas.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to lead and guide pastry assistants if required.
