IT System Administrator – Jobs in Manama, Bahrain

A company in Manama (UmulHassam) is seeking a skilled and dedicated IT System Administrator with 4–5 years of professional experience. The candidate should be available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems
• Monitor system performance to ensure reliability, availability, and security
• Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and backups
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Implement and enforce IT security policies
• Provide technical support to staff and end-users
• Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures
• Collaborate with vendors for hardware and software procurement and maintenance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and networking
• Familiarity with firewalls, security tools, and data backup solutions
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Must be available in Bahrain for immediate joining
