Sales Supervisor – FMCG – Manama, Bahrain

A growing FMCG company in Manama is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate is experienced, results-driven, and passionate about achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives
• Monitor sales performance and track metrics to ensure targets are met
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high standards of service
• Report sales performance and provide feedback to management
• Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and performance

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience, including supervisory or managerial roles
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive results and meet sales targets
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
• Fluent in English and Arabic
