Estimator – Manama, Bahrain

A company in Bahrain is seeking an experienced Estimator for interior fit-out and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, GCC experience, and be available for immediate joining.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Civil
• Minimum 3 years GCC experience as an Estimator in construction or interior fit-out projects
• Must be available in Bahrain for immediate joining

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment costs
• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for projects
• Review and analyze subcontractor bids and proposals
• Attend project meetings and provide cost updates and recommendations
• Present cost estimates to clients and stakeholders
• Communicate effectively and negotiate when required
