Urgent Hiring – MEP Quantity Surveyor (Local and Overseas) – Manama, Bahrain

We are seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor for immediate hiring in Bahrain. This role is open to both local and overseas candidates. The ideal candidate will handle quantity take-offs, cost control, and contract management for construction projects, particularly high-rise buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), pre-tender estimates, and preliminary estimates at proposal stages
• Monitor and control project costs and budgets
• Manage contracts and coordinate with project teams
• Use AutoCAD, Excel, and Microsoft Project for project planning and estimation
• Assist in procurement planning and material cost analysis
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• 5–7 years of experience in MEP or construction projects, with GCC experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and BOQ preparation
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience in high-rise building projects
• GCC valid driving license is an advantage
• Age: within 30 years
