Job Description

A leading company in Bahrain is seeking an experienced Foreman Painter (Top Sealer) to supervise and execute wood finishing and painting projects. This role is open to local and overseas candidates with GCC experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage painting and wood finishing teams
• Apply high-quality finishes using sealers, PU, NC, melamine, stains, and polishing techniques
• Mix and match colors and apply coatings evenly using brushes, rollers, and spray guns
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following factory safety procedures
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines
• Train and guide junior painters to improve efficiency and workmanship

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in wood finishing and painting
• At least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of different wood finishing techniques
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Eye for detail and commitment to quality
• Familiarity with factory safety and material handling
• GCC experience is preferred
