Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Clerk / Store Keeper to manage daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will handle receiving, storing, and distributing products efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify products against purchase orders
  • Inspect goods for damage or defects and report discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking product quantities and locations
  • Perform regular inventory checks and assist in stock audits
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing to meet delivery deadlines
  • Organize warehouse layout to maximize space and efficiency
  • Use appropriate storage methods to ensure product safety and accessibility
  • Record all inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and adjustments
  • Generate inventory and order fulfillment reports as needed
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
  • Participate in warehouse training sessions on safety and procedures
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams
  • Assist in training new warehouse staff on policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a warehouse clerk or store keeper preferred
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
