Job Description

A leading transport and logistics company in Bahrain is urgently seeking experienced Rigging Supervisors. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in rigging operations and supervising teams, ensuring safety and efficiency in all lifting and rigging tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise rigging operations and team members on site
• Plan, coordinate, and execute lifting and rigging tasks safely and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and Bahrain labor regulations
• Maintain proper documentation, including work reports and equipment logs
• Train and mentor junior rigging staff as required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Rigging Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and safety procedures
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• CPR, passport, and relevant experience certificates required
• Only candidates with valid experience and residency in Bahrain will be considered
