Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have excellent coffee-making skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
  • Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Interact with customers professionally and courteously
  • Assist with inventory and stock management

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and quality
