Urgent Requirement: Estimator in Bahrain (Local and Overseas)

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team in Bahrain. This position is open for both local and overseas candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates for time, cost, materials, and labor based on shop drawings and project documentation.
• Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects, or services and track actual costs against bids.
• Consult with clients, vendors, engineers, architects, contractors, and team members to discuss estimates and resolve issues.
• Take site measurements to prepare accurate estimates.
• Evaluate production time, raw materials, equipment, and labor costs.
• Recommend ways to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
• Travel to job sites to gather information on materials and labor requirements.
• Collaborate with management for planning, scheduling, and selecting vendors or subcontractors.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience as an Estimator in joinery, fit-outs, or furniture manufacturing industries.
• Diploma in Civil, Interior, Joinery, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
