Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist (with Accounts Knowledge) – Juffair, Bahrain

We are looking for a professional Front Desk Receptionist with basic accounting knowledge to join our team at a high-rise residential tower in Juffair, Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist residents, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Manage telephone calls with excellent etiquette and handle daily inquiries.
  • Oversee front desk operations including mail, deliveries, and communication.
  • Coordinate with the management team for daily requirements and tasks.
  • Maintain records and support basic accounting tasks.
  • Use Tally Prime for financial entries and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and Tally Prime software.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Preference for candidates with local transfer and immediate availability.
