Hiring: Waitress cum Barista – Juffair, Bahrain

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Waitress cum Barista to join our Food & Beverage team at a hotel in Juffair, Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have strong hospitality skills with proven experience in both table service and beverage preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and friendly service to guests in the restaurant, café, and bar.
• Take and serve accurate food and beverage orders, including alcoholic drinks.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and cocktails.
• Maintain good knowledge of the bar menu, wines, cocktails, and coffee brewing methods.
• Ensure tables, counters, and coffee stations are clean and properly set up.
• Follow hotel policies, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional manner.
• Process billing and payments accurately.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a waitress or barista in a hotel, café, or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of bar operations, alcohol service, and cocktail preparation.
• Skilled in coffee brewing methods and knowledge of different coffee beans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a strong focus on customer service.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be based in Bahrain or willing to relocate.
