Chargehand – Civil Road Works | Bahrain

We are urgently hiring a Chargehand with experience in civil and road construction projects. The ideal candidate should be skilled in supervising site work and supporting the project team to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily road work and civil construction activities.
• Guide and coordinate site workers to complete tasks efficiently.
• Ensure work is carried out safely and as per project standards.
• Report progress and issues to the site engineer or supervisor.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chargehand in civil road works.
• Strong knowledge of road construction methods and materials.
• Ability to lead and manage a team on-site.
• Must be available in Bahrain for immediate hiring.
