Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to grow our client base for China-to-Bahrain cargo and freight services. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, onboard clients, and build long-term relationships to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new customers requiring cargo and freight services from China.
• Promote our logistics and shipping solutions to local businesses.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience; logistics or trading background preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Bahrain market and local business practices.
• Based in Bahrain and available for client meetings as required.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission.
