Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Accountant and HR professional for a part-time remote role. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial management, VAT compliance, and basic HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting tasks, including handling payments, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
- Maintain Profit & Loss statements and support financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and other financial policies.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as employee records, recruitment support, and payroll coordination.
- Communicate effectively and support smooth day-to-day operations remotely.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting and HR functions.
- Knowledge of VAT, financial reporting, and payroll processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
