Job Overview:
New Wave Property is urgently seeking a Property Sales Executive with their own car to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales experience and a strong command of English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties.
• Meet prospective clients and conduct property viewings.
• Generate leads and build long-term client relationships.
• Negotiate sales agreements and close deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property or real estate sales.
• Must have own car and valid driving license.
• Good command of English.
• Professional, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Compensation:

• Basic salary plus commission.
• Visa provided for eligible candidates.
