Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Roofing Structure Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage site measurements, prepare drawings and quotations, inspect roofs, and supervise labour teams during installation, while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site measurements and layout planning for roofing projects.
- Prepare accurate drawings and quotations for clients.
- Inspect and assess roofing conditions for repair, replacement, or new installations.
- Supervise and train labour teams on roof tile installation and safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in roof inspection, installation, and repair.
- Ability to train and manage labour teams effectively.
- Knowledge of waterproofing, insulation, and roof structure techniques.
- Familiarity with safety standards and ability to work at heights.
- Strong physical stamina, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drawing software.
- Experience in residential and commercial roofing projects.
- Roofing certifications are an advantage.
