Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Carpentry & Fit-Out Workshop Supervisor to manage our workshop operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in carpentry projects, fit-out works, and team supervision. You will oversee daily workshop activities, ensure quality standards, and coordinate project execution efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise carpentry, decor, and fit-out workshop operations.
• Manage workshop staff and delegate tasks effectively.
• Ensure quality control on all carpentry and fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and design teams to meet deadlines.
• Maintain workshop tools, machinery, and materials efficiently.
• Monitor safety standards and compliance within the workshop.
• Plan and schedule workflow to optimize productivity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in carpentry workshops and project management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
