We are a leading contracting company in Bahrain delivering high-quality infrastructure and building projects. To support our growing operations, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tendering processes including quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation
• Review subcontractor quotations and prepare competitive tender submissions
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and internal teams to clarify scope and contract queries
• Oversee post-contract tasks such as interim valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts
• Provide contractual advice in line with FIDIC contracts and project requirements
• Maintain accurate cost control, budgets, and commercial reports throughout project delivery
• Assist in resolving disputes, variations, and payment delays through effective communication

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in tendering and post-contract administration within contracting companies
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, cost analysis, and contractual frameworks
• Proficiency in QS software and MS Office applications
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and ISO-aligned procedures (preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Candidates already in Bahrain with a valid driving license will be preferred
