A growing travel agency in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Travel Agent / Ticketing Agent to join the team. The role requires strong knowledge of travel services, ticketing, and visa file preparation along with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process visa applications for destinations including Europe, Canada, and the USA.
• Handle airline ticketing, hotel bookings, transport arrangements, and group tour packages.
• Manage documentation and ensure accurate visa file preparation.
• Use IATA knowledge or certification to provide professional ticketing and travel services.
• Assist clients by explaining services and offering personalized travel solutions.
• Support social media marketing efforts and promote company services online.
• Work directly with clients, maintaining a professional and approachable manner.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in travel, tourism, or ticketing (experience in Bahrain preferred).
• Proven background in visa file preparation and travel documentation.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and willingness to appear in promotional content.
• Outgoing, confident, and customer-focused personality.
