A well-established medical center in Busaiteen is looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will welcome patients, handle front desk operations, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with courtesy and professionalism
- Manage phone calls, appointments, and inquiries efficiently
- Maintain patient records and ensure proper filing of documents
- Provide administrative support using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic PC software
- Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and handle tasks professionally
- Competency in Microsoft Office and basic PC software
- Previous experience in a medical or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory
Working Hours:
- Split shifts (some days morning, some days evening)
- Flexibility in scheduling required
Compensation:
- Salary: BHD 200 per month
- Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
