Medical Center Receptionist – Busaiteen, Bahrain

A well-established medical center in Busaiteen is looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will welcome patients, handle front desk operations, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with courtesy and professionalism
  • Manage phone calls, appointments, and inquiries efficiently
  • Maintain patient records and ensure proper filing of documents
  • Provide administrative support using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic PC software
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stay organized and handle tasks professionally
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and basic PC software
  • Previous experience in a medical or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory

Working Hours:

  • Split shifts (some days morning, some days evening)
  • Flexibility in scheduling required

Compensation:

  • Salary: BHD 200 per month
  • Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
