Job Vacancy: Security Personnel – Manama, Bahrain

We are looking for dedicated and vigilant Security Personnel to join our team in Manama. The ideal candidate will maintain the safety and security of people, property, and premises by performing regular patrols, monitoring systems, and responding promptly to incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol and Inspection: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, both indoors and outdoors, to deter criminal activity
• Surveillance: Monitor CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment for suspicious behavior or security breaches
• Access Control: Authorize and verify entry for employees, visitors, and vehicles to ensure only authorized individuals gain access
• Incident Response: React promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents, including accidents or distress calls
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs of security activities, incidents, and observations
• Policy Enforcement: Enforce company security policies, secure all doors, windows, and access points, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Emergency Coordination: Work closely with police, fire, and emergency services when required
• Assistance and Support: Help staff, visitors, and individuals in need to ensure overall safety and well-being

Requirements:

• Proven experience in security, patrolling, or related roles
• Knowledge of surveillance systems and emergency response procedures
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
• Physically fit and alert to maintain a secure environment
