Admin – Construction Division

Job Description:
We are looking for an Admin professional to support our Construction Division. The role involves providing administrative and clerical support, assisting engineers and management, and ensuring smooth operations within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the construction team
  • Maintain schedules for the Managing Director and Engineers, including meetings and appointments
  • Attend meetings and prepare minutes
  • Handle phone calls, emails, letters, and packages professionally
  • Organize and maintain secure electronic and paper records
  • Prepare invoices, financial statements, and assist with bookkeeping
  • Support quality control programs and ensure compliance with construction regulations
  • Review contractor drawings, track installation records, and evaluate applications for payment
  • Assist in supervising construction staff and ensuring compliance with instructions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (administration or related field)
  • 2–3 years of administrative experience in a construction company (freshers may also apply)
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite required)
  • Knowledge of office and accounting procedures
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of professional phone and email etiquette
