Civil Draftsman

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Civil Draftsman to join our team in Bahrain. The role involves preparing detailed civil engineering drawings and supporting project delivery across residential and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D civil engineering drawings (site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, road designs, structural details)
• Collaborate with civil engineers and project managers to meet project requirements
• Ensure all drawings follow industry standards, codes, and project specifications
• Revise drawings based on feedback, design changes, or site conditions
• Organize and maintain drawing files and project documentation
• Assist with quantity take-offs and material schedules
• Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion
• Support design review meetings and permit application documentation

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience as a Civil Draftsman (high-rise or villa construction preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
• Knowledge of Revit or SketchUp (advantage)
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and drafting standards
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
