Job Description

A well-established construction company in Bahrain is hiring experienced Civil and MEP Draftsmen to join our technical team. The role involves preparing accurate drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and local building regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update detailed civil and MEP drawings as per project requirements
• Translate architectural and engineering designs into precise technical drafts
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site teams for drawing coordination
• Revise drawings based on client instructions or site modifications
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain construction codes and international standards
• Assist in preparing shop drawings, as-built documents, and technical submittals
• Organize and manage drawing files with proper version control

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of drafting experience, preferably in GCC high-rise construction projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related CAD software
• Strong knowledge of civil and MEP systems and construction detailing
• Ability to interpret and develop coordinated drawings from engineering documents
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
• Familiarity with Bahrain’s construction regulations is an added advantage
