Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage appointment bookings and salon schedules.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
- Maintain records of daily appointments and services.
- Handle payments and issue receipts as required.
- Support salon staff with front desk coordination and customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a salon or hospitality setting.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
