Operations Assistant – Manama (Seef), Bahrain

We are hiring a full-time Operations Assistant to support daily business activities and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with strong administrative and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Coordination

  • Assist in coordinating operational processes and projects, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Track and manage resources, inventory, and supplies
  • Compile and summarize operational data for management reports and presentations
  • Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and standards

Administration & Workflow

  • Identify workflow issues and suggest improvements
  • Act as a liaison with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Maintain organized records and files (both digital and physical) using tools such as Google Drive

Executive & Team Support

  • Assist Executive Assistants with administrative duties and company initiatives
  • Schedule and manage internal and external meetings, keeping calendars updated
  • Help with travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transportation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations, administration, or coordination
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
