We are hiring a full-time Operations Assistant to support daily business activities and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with strong administrative and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Coordination
- Assist in coordinating operational processes and projects, ensuring deadlines are met
- Track and manage resources, inventory, and supplies
- Compile and summarize operational data for management reports and presentations
- Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and standards
Administration & Workflow
- Identify workflow issues and suggest improvements
- Act as a liaison with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Maintain organized records and files (both digital and physical) using tools such as Google Drive
Executive & Team Support
- Assist Executive Assistants with administrative duties and company initiatives
- Schedule and manage internal and external meetings, keeping calendars updated
- Help with travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transportation
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations, administration, or coordination
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
