A leading real estate and property management company in Bahrain is looking to hire an Admin for the Construction Division. The role involves handling administrative tasks, supporting engineers and management, and ensuring smooth operations within the construction team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments and staff.
- Manage agendas, appointments, and meetings for the Managing Director and engineers.
- Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and distribute them.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and redirect them as needed.
- Organize and maintain documents, records, and filing systems (electronic and paper).
- Prepare invoices, assist in bookkeeping, and support financial documentation.
- Monitor construction quality control programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Review contractor drawings, track installation progress, and maintain records.
- Evaluate contractor payment applications and recommend adjustments if required.
- Supervise and support employees to ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree preferred, with knowledge of office and accounting procedures.
- Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office Suite.
- 2–3 years of administrative experience in a construction company (preferred). Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
