Civil Draftsman – Real Estate & Construction Company in Bahrain

A leading Real Estate Developer and Construction Company in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Civil Draftsman to join its team and support high-rise and villa projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate 2D and 3D civil engineering drawings, including site plans, grading plans, drainage layouts, road designs, and structural details.
• Collaborate with Civil Engineers and Project Managers to meet design and project requirements.
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and specifications.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback, design changes, or site conditions.
• Maintain proper documentation, drawing files, and revision records.
• Assist with quantity take-offs, material schedules, and as-built drawings.
• Support permit application documentation and participate in design review meetings.
• Contribute to drafting templates and libraries to improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Civil Draftsman (high-rise or villa projects preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or SketchUp is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and drafting standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
