Operations Assistant & Personal Assistant – Bahrain

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Assistant & Personal Assistant to support the Head of Operations and ensure smooth daily operations across the organization in Seef, Bahrain. This role combines administrative, operational, and coordination responsibilities to help the company run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Prepare reports, memos, and documentation for management.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records, filing systems, and databases.
  • Assist with procurement processes, including requisitions, quotations, and purchase orders.

Operational Coordination

  • Track daily activities, schedules, and deadlines across departments.
  • Monitor office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely restocking.
  • Support facilities management, maintenance requests, and vendor coordination.

Communication & Liaison

  • Act as a point of contact between staff, external partners, and management.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
  • Assist with internal communications, including emails, notices, and circulars.

Project & Event Support

  • Provide logistical support for events, workshops, and staff activities.
  • Track progress on ongoing projects and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Assist with data collection and reporting for operational KPIs.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative or operations support.
  • Familiarity with school or educational operations is an advantage but not essential.
