A leading real estate developer and construction company in Bahrain is hiring a skilled Land Surveyor. The role involves conducting accurate land surveys, preparing maps and reports, and providing survey data to support construction and development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out field surveys using total stations, GPS receivers, and levels.
• Collect accurate data on topography, boundary lines, elevations, and structures.
• Process and analyze survey data with professional software.
• Prepare maps, plats, legal descriptions, and technical reports.
• Calculate land areas, volumes, and related measurements.
• Provide survey support for construction, engineering, and land development projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams.
• Conduct boundary surveys and site stakeouts.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Research land records and interpret legal documents.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment for reliability.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment.
• Proficiency in surveying software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or Trimble Business Center.
• Ability to read and interpret maps, plats, and legal descriptions.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with topographic, boundary, or construction surveys is a plus.
