A leading real estate developer and property management company in Bahrain is looking for a skilled and versatile Handyman to join our maintenance team. The role requires someone experienced in carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and plumbing repairs.
• Install and repair fixtures, appliances, doors, windows, and furniture.
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely manner.
• Build and install shelves, cabinets, and fittings.
• Unclog drains, fix leaky faucets, toilets, and replace pipes or fittings.
• Replace light bulbs, switches, and troubleshoot electrical outlets.
• Maintain HVAC systems and lighting fixtures.
• Carry out wall painting, ceiling painting, wallpapering, and texture application.
• Inspect and maintain fire safety equipment.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in general maintenance or handyman roles.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical work.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
