A leading real estate developer and construction company in Bahrain is looking to hire experienced Quantity Surveyors. This role involves preparing cost estimates, managing project budgets, and supporting construction teams with accurate quantity and cost data.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and project specifications.
• Develop cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for projects.
• Monitor and control project costs during construction.
• Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders with accurate cost implications.
• Prepare interim and final valuations.
• Calculate material quantities for different stages of construction.
• Track project progress and measure completed work against the schedule.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in civil engineering or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and building materials.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software such as WinQS, CCS, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills.
