Quantity Surveyor – Joinery Experience Required

We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor with strong joinery and carpentry experience to join our team in Salmabad, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in preparing BOQs, tender costing, and handling project evaluations.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field (Certification or Diploma in Quantity Surveying preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in carpentry or joinery projects.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying in joinery works.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs and cost estimates for tenders and RFQs from contractors or clients.
• Manage costing, budgeting, and project progress evaluations.
• Prepare monthly progressive evaluations and project reports.
