Mechanical Sales Engineer (HVAC-R) – Riffa, Bahrain

We are hiring a Mechanical Sales Engineer specializing in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC-R) systems to join our team in Riffa. This role is ideal for someone with both technical expertise and strong sales skills in the HVAC field.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with consultants and secure project approvals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and contractors
• Promote HVAC-R technical solutions and support product sales
• Conduct regular visits to consultants and MEP contractors to present company solutions
• Handle project approvals, technical submissions, and product presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation
• Design and optimize air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and project reports
• Supervise installation and commissioning of HVAC-R systems
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC-R design, installation, or sales
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design standards, and industry practices
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or related design software (preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work with clients, contractors, and internal teams effectively
