Uniform Tailoring Manager – Manama

We are looking for a Uniform Tailoring Manager (or working partner) to manage and oversee the operations of a small but ongoing stitching unit in Manama. The role requires someone with strong leadership, tailoring knowledge, and business management skills to ensure smooth daily operations and quality production.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily tailoring and stitching activities
• Ensure uniforms are stitched according to quality standards and timelines
• Manage staff schedules, workload, and productivity
• Handle client orders, fittings, and delivery requirements
• Maintain stock of fabrics, threads, and tailoring supplies
• Oversee financial aspects such as costs, pricing, and supplier coordination
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle inquiries or complaints professionally

Requirements

• Experience in tailoring or garment production (especially uniforms)
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of fabrics, stitching techniques, and garment finishing
• Ability to manage a small business or production unit independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
