Location: West Riffa, Bahrain

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesman to join our team in West Riffa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or FMCG sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve targets.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products or services to new and existing customers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify potential clients and generate new leads
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain transaction records
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in sales (preferably retail or FMCG)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or sales software is an advantage
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi, Arabic, or other languages is a plus
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic salary plus commission based on sales performance
