We are a contracting company in the support staff services industry. We are looking for a well-qualified and experienced Office Administrator cum Accounts Assistant to join our team in Hoora, Manama. The ideal candidate should be smart, confident, and able to work under pressure while handling tasks independently.
Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred.
- Strong background in office administration and accounts.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, accounting software).
- Experience in social media management.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
- Candidates with own visa and transport preferred.
- After probation, company visa and benefits will be provided as per Bahrain labor law.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office administration tasks.
- Assist with accounts, invoices, and bookkeeping.
- Manage company social media pages.
- Prepare reports and coordinate with staff.
- Manage emails, calls, and documentation.
