We are looking for a friendly and professional Counter Staff to join our car rental team in Juffair, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and assist in the smooth operation of daily rental activities. Preference is given to Indian male candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with reservations, inquiries, and bookings
• Process rental agreements and handle payments accurately
• Verify customer documents and ensure compliance
• Coordinate vehicle pick-up and return efficiently
• Provide professional and courteous service to all customers

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Preferably hold a valid driver’s license
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
