Customer Service Representative – China Cargo Services

Location: Manama, Bahrain

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our China-to-Bahrain cargo operations. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and professional handling of all cargo-related inquiries. Your contribution will help us maintain strong client satisfaction and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries about cargo shipments from China.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to provide accurate and timely updates.
  • Handle and resolve issues during the shipping process.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and shipment details.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service (preferably in logistics, shipping, or trading).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Based in Bahrain with knowledge of local business practices.
  • Proficiency in English (Mandarin or Arabic is an advantage).
