A luxury property in Zinj is hiring Front Office Staff to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will represent our brand and ensure every visitor receives excellent service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage check-in, check-out, and reservation processes.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service roles.
  • Bilingual candidates preferred (Arabic and English).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
