Coffee Technician (Barista) – Manama, Bahrain

We are hiring a Coffee Technician (Barista) to join our team in Manama. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, has great customer service skills, and can work in a fast-paced café environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso-based drinks.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and blenders.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of drinks.
• Greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude while taking accurate orders.
• Handle POS transactions and recommend menu items when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of counters, equipment, and seating areas.
• Restock supplies such as cups, beans, and syrups.
• Support team members during busy hours and assist with training when required.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as per company guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous barista or café experience preferred (latte art is a plus).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
