A leading Real Estate Developer and Property Management Company in Bahrain is looking for a female Administrative Officer to support our Construction Division. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills and experience in the construction or property sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage construction project documentation, budgets, and reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, suppliers, appraisers, and inspectors.
- Administer insurance claims and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Support project budget reviews and contractor approvals.
- Maintain accurate contractor/vendor records for reporting and audits.
- Prepare and distribute meeting notes, action points, and handover manuals.
- Track and resolve snagging issues on completed properties.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and inquiries for construction projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred).
- 2–3 years of administrative experience in a construction or real estate company.
- Knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other administrative software.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
