Watchman

We are hiring a reliable and responsible Watchman to ensure the safety, security, and upkeep of our property. The ideal candidate will handle basic maintenance tasks, monitor the premises, and communicate effectively with tenants.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the safety and security of the property
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas
• Perform small repairs and general upkeep when required
• Report any issues or safety concerns to management
• Build good communication with tenants and provide assistance when needed

Requirements:

• Basic maintenance or handyman background (repair and upkeep skills)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, trustworthy, and responsible personality
• Previous experience as a watchman, caretaker, or security staff is an advantage

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: BD 120 – BD 150 per month
• Accommodation details can be discussed during the interview
