A well-reputed group of companies in Bahrain is looking for a qualified and motivated HR Executive cum Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team. The role requires strong knowledge and hands-on experience in both Human Resources and PRO functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and documentation.
- Handle government-related processes such as LMRA, GOSI, visa processing, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Bahraini labor laws and company policies.
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and government authorities.
- Support management with HR planning and strategic initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Proven experience in HR and PRO roles in Bahrain.
- Strong knowledge of Bahraini labor law, visa processes, and government portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
Preference:
- Bahraini nationals are highly preferred.
