A leading real estate developer and construction company in Bahrain is hiring a skilled Land Surveyor and Surveyor Helper to join its growing team. The ideal candidates should have experience in land surveying, field data collection, and mapping for construction and development projects.

Position: Land Surveyor / Surveyor Helper
Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct field surveys using equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and levels.
• Collect accurate data on topography, boundaries, elevations, and existing structures.
• Process and analyze survey data using specialized surveying software.
• Prepare maps, site plans, legal descriptions, and technical reports.
• Support engineering and construction teams with layout and stakeout work.
• Ensure survey data meets legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Assist senior surveyors and perform routine field tasks as a helper when required.

Qualifications:

• Diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor or in a similar position.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble, or other survey software.
• Strong understanding of surveying techniques, tools, and principles.
• Good mathematical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a project team.
• Experience with topographic, boundary, and construction surveys is an advantage.
