Job Overview:
A reputed company in Bahrain is urgently hiring a Foreman Painter (Top Sealer). The ideal candidate will be an Indian male, currently in Bahrain or available for overseas recruitment. The role involves supervising painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishing, and managing a team of painters efficiently.

Eligibility:

• Gender: Male
• Nationality: Indian
• Must have experience in top sealer and finishing works.
• Should be able to supervise painting teams and ensure surface preparation and coating standards are met.
• Must have good knowledge of materials, paints, sealers, and tools used in professional painting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily painting activities at site.
• Inspect surfaces and ensure top-quality finishing and sealing.
• Mix paints, primers, and sealers according to specifications.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed during all painting operations.
• Communicate effectively with site engineers and management about progress and material requirements.
